What is the remedy for intense sexual urges that afflict a sixteen-year-old youth upon seeing or remembering any woman?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided young people to marriage for those who are able, and to fasting for those who are not, because it is a shield. Scholars also advised moderation in eating and drinking, and avoiding everything that incites desire, such as listening to songs and looking at provocative images, and directing the sense of beauty towards permissible things. Among the other directives are: choosing righteous friends, engaging in worship, immersing oneself in activities that distract from thoughts of sex, avoiding luxurious clothes and exciting perfumes, not sleeping in an overly comfortable bed, and staying away from mixed gatherings. Allah Almighty praised the believers who guard their private parts and promised them success. It is obligatory for the wives of brothers and others to observe hijab and not display their adornment, and for the Muslim to lower his gaze and guard his private parts.
