The answer

Allah Almighty has not obligated us to do anything that entails difficulty, hardship, or distress. The feelings of constriction and anguish that the questioner experiences are a result of yielding to Satan's whisperings. Abandoning prayer demolishes the religion, severs one's connection with Allah, and is considered a grave sin. The questioner should ease their mind regarding the matter of istinjāʾ (cleansing after defecation or urination) and purity. If they doubt the impurity of clothes, they should consider them pure, because the original state is purity, and doubt does not remove it. If they are certain of having been afflicted by impurity and know its location, it suffices to wash only the place of impurity. A small amount of impurity is excused due to the difficulty of avoiding it.
