Is it permissible to pray in trousers that have widespread traces of excrement on them? And does impurity transfer from a place wet with impurity to damp clothes? And if the foot is wet and impure and I walk with it on the house floor, does the place become impure, and is it necessary to repeat ablution? And is it permissible to follow the fatwa of the Hanafi school of thought and Sheikh Al-Islam on this issue? And does the splashing water spray when washing a dry impurity render clothes impure?

It appears that the questioner is afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering/doubts). Therefore, it is advised to disregard these waswasah and not pay attention to them. If the perceived streaks of excrement are a figment of imagination or a result of waswasah, they should be ignored. However, if they are real, only the impure area needs to be purified.

Since the questioner is afflicted with waswasah, there is no objection to adopting the Hanafi school of thought on this matter until the waswasah subsides. As for water droplets, if they separate without being altered by impurity, they are not deemed impure, and there is no obligation to wash what they touch.
