Are repeated pronouncements of divorce ("You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced") counted as one divorce or three? And is it permissible to adopt the view of Ibn Taymiyyah that they are counted as one divorce?

What you uttered results in a triple divorce, unless you intended by the second and third [utterances] to emphasize the first, in which case it counts as a single divorce religiously, but not judicially. Ibn Taymiyyah holds that successive divorces, without an intervening marriage contract or a return (to the wife), count as a single divorce. An ordinary person (layman) should not adopt Ibn Taymiyyah's view merely seeking concessions. However, if a student of knowledge is capable of examining the evidence and this opinion becomes preponderant to him, then he may act upon it, or if someone he trusts issues a fatwa to him based on it. Respect and understanding should prevail between spouses, and divorce should be the last resort after exhausting all other means.
