Is it not permissible at all to use computers if most software and operating systems stipulate impermissible conditions, and there is no alternative free of these conditions?

Contracts that contain conditions contrary to Sharia are invalid, and a Muslim is not permitted to enter into them or assist in them, except in a state of necessity that permits prohibited acts, according to the Almighty’s saying: "And He has detailed for you what He has forbidden you, except that to which you are compelled," and His saying: "But whoever is compelled, without desiring it or exceeding due limits, there is no sin upon him." So, if you are not compelled to a program with conditions contrary to Sharia, it is not permissible to use it. However, if you are compelled to it, there is no objection.
