Can recurrent disturbing dreams related to one's husband, accompanied by wishing for death and contemplating suicide at the slightest disagreement, be a sign of magic (sihr), and can one treat oneself without informing the husband or performing ruqyah on him?

Disturbing dreams are not necessarily caused by magic (sihr), and interpreting them in this way can lead to delusions. One should follow what the Sharia stipulates when seeing disturbing dreams: be diligent in reciting adhkar, especially the morning, evening, and pre-sleep remembrances; recite Ayatul-Kursi; and sleep in a state of wudu. Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism) is permissible, and it is better for a Muslim to perform ruqyah on himself. There is no reason to commit suicide, as it is a problem, not a solution.
