Is it permissible for a woman to remain with her husband who does not pray if she is unable to seek a divorce due to social and economic circumstances, and is she sinful for doing so while continuing to treat him kindly and grant him his marital rights?

There is no sin upon the wife for giving her husband his marital right in bed as long as she is with him, and this is obligatory upon her while advising and admonishing him. If the husband insists on neglecting prayer, it is better for her to leave him, and if she has children, their maintenance is incumbent upon him. Divorce in this case is better than remaining under someone who neglects prayer, because the father is an example for his children. Nevertheless, she can compare the harms of staying with the harms of leaving, consult with wise people, and seek guidance through istikhara. All of this applies to one who neglects prayer out of laziness. As for one who denies the obligation of prayer, he is an infidel, and it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to remain with him.
