What is the ruling on frequent flatulence that causes hardship in prayer and diminishes focus, and how can one overcome this?

If the emission of gases stops for a time sufficient for purification and prayer, then the prayer must be delayed until that time, unless the expiration of its time is feared. In that case, one must perform ablution and pray. However, if the emission is continuous, the ruling is the same as for urinary incontinence: you perform ablution after the time for prayer begins, and then you pray the obligatory prayers and the supererogatory ones. The emission of gas does not invalidate the prayer unless it is done intentionally. One must beware of the whispers of Satan, which make worship burdensome and discourage good deeds. It is recommended to return to reciting the Quran and engaging in remembrance of Allah. Furthermore, one should seek a cure for the illness and make abundant supplications.
