The answer

If the emission of wind (flatulence) lasts for the entire duration of the prayer time, then one must perform ablution (wudu') and pray according to their condition, and not wait for the wind to stop. However, if the emission of wind is specific to some prayers, such as Fajr after sleep, then the other prayers during which this impurity () does not persist do not take the ruling of one afflicted with perpetual impurity (sahib al-salas).
