Is it permissible for a disbeliever to read the Qur’an from the Mushaf after performing ablution?

It is not permissible for a disbeliever to touch the entire Qur'an (Mushaf), due to the Almighty's saying: "None shall touch it save the purified" (Quran 56:79). The most important type of purification is purification from polytheism, as the Almighty said: "Indeed, the polytheists are unclean" (Quran 9:28). As for the verses, it is permissible to give them to a disbeliever for their perusal, especially if it is for the purpose of inviting them to Islam, as Fatima did with 'Umar, and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sent letters to kings of disbelievers that included Quranic verses.
