Is it permissible to perform ablution before the prayer time in order to catch the congregational prayer, and is it permissible to pray several prayers with a single ablution outside the home, and how are undergarments purified, and is it permissible to perform consecutive prayers such as Isha and Taraweeh with a single ablution?

A person afflicted with urinary incontinence is treated like a woman with irregular menses (mustahadah). He performs ablution for the time of each prayer and prays with that ablution as much as he wishes until the time for the next prayer begins. However, if he knows that the urine will stop at a time sufficient for his prayer, he must delay the prayer until that time. If nothing exits from him, ablution is not obligatory upon him.

If you are outside your home and your purity is invalidated when the prayer time begins, and you wish to pray, you must repeat ablution after washing the area and binding it to prevent the outflow as much as possible. If washing clothes is difficult for you, pray in your current state.

It is permissible for a person afflicted with urinary incontinence to combine Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha prayers due to hardship. It is also permissible to pray the night vigil (Qiyam al-Layl) with the ablution of Isha, even if the prayer extends beyond midnight.
