Is the prayer of one who suffers from urinary incontinence for hours after urination, such that drops of urine are released with every movement, valid if he performs ablution before the prayer time and maintains his ritual purity, then drops are released during the prayer? And is it permissible for him to combine the Maghrib and Isha prayers? And is a single ablution sufficient to perform the Sunnah and obligatory parts of Fajr prayer if drops of urine are released after the first ablution for the Sunnah of Fajr?

If urine drops do not always accompany you, and you can pray with proper ritual purity, then the emission of urine during prayer invalidates ablution and nullifies the prayer, requiring its repetition after performing ablution. It is permissible to combine Maghrib and Isha prayers due to considerable hardship. The Sunnah prayer of Fajr is performed after its time begins, and if urine is emitted after it, one performs ablution for the obligatory prayer and the Sunnah is not repeated.

However, if urine drops persist most of the time such that you cannot find a time to pray with proper ritual purity, or if its cessation is irregular, then your ruling is that of one afflicted with incontinence (sahib al-salas); you perform ablution for each prayer after its time begins, and you pray the obligatory prayer and whatever supererogatory prayers you wish, while taking precautions, and what is emitted does not harm you. It is permissible for one afflicted with incontinence to combine prayers.
