What is the ruling on the ritual purity of undergarments for someone who experiences almost constant leakage of urine and discharges: Is it obligatory to wash them before every prayer, or is it permissible to pray in them after performing ablution at the beginning of each prayer time? And what is the validity of waiting a maximum of three minutes after urinating before praying, without paying attention to what descends thereafter?

If you do not find sufficient time for ablution and prayer with proper ritual purity due to continuous urination, then you are afflicted with urinary incontinence ( سلس البول ), and you must:

1. Protect yourself by tying a cloth tightly around the male organ.

2. Perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun.

3. Pray with that ablution the obligatory prayer (fard) and as many supererogatory prayers (nawafil) as you wish.

4. You are not required to re-tighten the cloth with every ablution if you did not loosen the original tying.

If tying the cloth harms you, then it is not obligatory for you to do so. In this case, you are required to purify your clothes from impurity to the best of your ability, and what you are unable to do is excused.
