What is the ruling regarding a man who had intercourse with his wife in Ramadan against her will due to uncontrollable lust, knowing that he asked her to cover herself but she did not comply?

A man who intentionally has intercourse with his wife during the daytime in Ramadan must offer a sequential expiation: freeing a believing slave; if unable, then fasting for two consecutive months; if unable, then feeding sixty poor persons. He must also safeguard his fast and abstain from everything that invalidates it. As for the wife, if she was coerced into intercourse, there is no expiation upon her.
