How many dates did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, eat at Suhoor and Iftar?

There is no specific number reported for the dates the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to break his fast with, nor for what he consumed at suhoor, except for a weak hadith which indicates that he, peace and blessings be upon him, liked to break his fast with three dates or something that had not been touched by fire.
