What is the authenticity of the hadith that the plate seeks forgiveness for the one who finishes it completely, and is it true that the blessing is in the middle of the plate and it is disliked to eat from it?

It has been reported that blessing descends in the middle of the food, and it is recommended to eat from its edges, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Blessing descends in the middle of the food, so eat from its edges," and due to his saying to Umar ibn Abi Salamah: "O boy, mention the Name of Allah, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is in front of you." Ibn Uthaymeen said that there is no harm in eating from the middle of the food if it consists of various types and one wishes to take a type from the middle, such as taking meat from the middle of the dish.
