Can an overdue prayer be made up after sunrise, what is the expiation for the days I missed fasting in Ramadan, and is the Hadith valid: "Whoever breaks their fast for one day in Ramadan, without a valid excuse or illness, that day cannot be made up even if they fast for a lifetime?"

Praise be to Allah for your repentance, and we ask Him for forgiveness. Missed prayers can be made up at any time, including during the times when voluntary prayers are forbidden, as mentioned by Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani. Any missed fasts must also be made up. This does not contradict the aforementioned Hadith stating that whoever breaks their fast without an excuse does not make it up, even if they fast for a lifetime. In the Hadith, whoever had intercourse or intentionally vomited was commanded to make up the fast. As for expiation by feeding a poor person along with making up the fast, this applies to one who delayed making up the fast without an excuse until another Ramadan began. This is a point of disagreement among jurists. The fidyah (expiatory feeding) is waived for one who delayed making up the fast due to ignorance of the impermissibility of delaying.
