Is it permissible for a husband to pray while his wife and daughters do not?

A man is a maintainer of his wife, and he is permitted to discipline her if she insists on neglecting the right of Allah, such as prayer. Discipline should begin with admonition, then abandonment in bed, then a non-severe beating if admonition and abandonment are not effective. Separation is better than living with a wife who does not pray. As for the daughters, he and their mother are responsible for raising them, with the primary responsibility falling on the father.
