Is it permissible to pray in clothes that have traces of urine or similar impurities, and what should be done if the time for the next prayer is about to begin?
If there is impurity on a garment and it is difficult to wash or change it, and you fear that the prayer time will expire, then the Hanafis, Malikis, and Hanbalis permit praying with it.
The Hanafis hold that one may pray with it and is not required to repeat the prayer. The Malikis hold that one may pray with it, but should repeat the prayer within the time if purification becomes possible or if another garment is found. The Hanbalis hold that one may pray with it and should not pray naked, and must repeat the prayer in all cases. Whereas the Shafi'is hold that one should pray naked and is not required to repeat the prayer, and it is never permissible to pray in an impure garment.
The safer approach is to pray with the impure garment and then repeat the prayer.
