The answer

The texts of the Quran and Sunnah have successively emphasized the recommendation to care for, honor, and treat the neighbor well. Allah Almighty commanded this in His saying: {Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the distant neighbor, the companion by your side, the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess.} And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Gabriel continued to advise me about the neighbor until I thought he would make him an heir."

Therefore, one should help a neighbor in a way that does not cause harm, burden, or embarrassment, for there is "no harm and no causing harm," embarrassment is lifted, and affectation is forbidden.
