Is there an authentic Hadith, narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim, that prohibits a Muslim in this worldly life from supplicating for the hastening of the Day of Resurrection, along with the mention of a story of someone who supplicated for that and then died?

The time of the Hour's (Judgment Day) advent is known only to Allah, and it is impermissible to supplicate for its hastening, as it is among the impossibilities that have been concluded. As for wishing for the Hour to come, that is for the believer in his grave after witnessing bliss. The prohibition against wishing for death applies to one who has suffered worldly harm, but it is permissible for one who fears temptation (fitna) in his religion to wish for it.
