What is the ruling on sending messages warning of the approaching Day of Judgment and approximately specifying its time, and what are the ways to overcome the phobia of fear and panic caused by these messages?

Only Allah Almighty knows the time of the Hour's establishment or of death. Those who claim to know this are liars, and it is impermissible to believe them. A Muslim must remember the Afterlife and prepare for it through acts of obedience, good deeds, repentance, and by frequently reading the revelatory texts concerning the Afterlife to increase obedience and distance themselves from sins, all while combining fear and hope, and having a good opinion of Allah. We advise performing household duties while seeking reward from Allah, for serving one's husband and children is among the most important acts of obedience.
