How can one deal with a mother who gets angry frequently and curses her daughter, when the daughter fears God's wrath and punishment?

The questioner should bear with her mother and be patient with her, even if her mother wrongs her, because the parent is the best of the gates to Paradise. Allah has placed the right of parents after His own right, and their pleasure is His pleasure, and their displeasure is His displeasure. He has forbidden disobedience to them, and a parent's prayer against their child is answered. The questioner should initiate change by showing her mother more love and humility, and she should avoid mentioning her husband's good qualities in front of her mother. She should also give her a gift when their relationship is good, and supplicate to Allah to mend their relationship.
