Must I continue in a marriage that was contracted with a person who only prays on Fridays, after I discovered this to be contrary to what I was told about him before the marriage?

The marriage of a woman to a man is valid in Islamic law with the presence of a guardian (wali) and two witnesses, and it entails rights and obligations for both parties. If the husband does not perform the five daily prayers, he is considered a disbeliever (kafir), and his marriage is invalid, even if he prays Friday prayer. As for his visiting corrupt websites and his work involving mixing with women, these are sins that he must abandon, but they do not annul the marriage unless they cause harm to the wife and children. The most important point is prayer; it must be confirmed that the husband observes it, because one who abandons prayer is a disbeliever, and it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to remain married to him.
