What is the ruling on a wife remaining with a husband who is negligent in Friday prayers, smokes excessively, is immoderate in his demand for sexual intimacy, and on whose phone there are romantic messages with women?

A husband who neglects the rights of Allah and the rights of His creation, combining various evil deeds such as: neglecting prayer, missing Friday prayers, engaging in forbidden smoking, and having emotional communication with non-mahram women—such a husband must be advised, especially regarding prayer. If he repents and becomes committed to prayer, that may lead him to repent from the rest of his evil deeds, for Allah Almighty says: "And establish prayer. Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing." If he becomes righteous, then all praise is due to Allah. Otherwise, the wife should be patient and continue advising him, seeking help from close relatives and supplicating for him. The wife must respond to her husband for intimacy unless there is harm to her or it prevents her from an obligatory duty. Furthermore, excessive blaming of the husband by his wife contradicts good companionship, especially if she is fulfilling her duties.
