The answer

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade seeking leadership, especially for someone who is weak and unfit for it. He clarified that whoever takes on leadership by asking for it will be left to it, whereas whoever takes it without asking for it will be aided in it. He also stated that leadership will be a source of humiliation and regret on the Day of Resurrection, except for one who takes it rightfully and fulfills their obligations therein. This is because leadership requires strength and trustworthiness to protect people's rights.

However, establishing and managing a private commercial company does not fall under this category. This is because the relationship between the owner and the employees is purely commercial, based on a contract. The company owner has no authority over the employee outside the framework of this contract. Therefore, there is no objection for a weak person to do so, as long as they fulfill the rights of the workers.
