Employer and Employee Rights

• Is a young man considered sinful, and is his money unlawful, if a colleague of his was transferred to an unsafe location in the army instead of him, and is he responsible if any harm befell his colleague?
• Is it permissible to sign on behalf of one's employer for mortgage and mortgage release procedures for Riba-based and Islamic loans?
• What should I do with the box of tea given to me by a company owner, which I am unable to return to him after being advised that it is a bribe?
• Is money received from a governmental entity over three years, which was less than the number of deserved night shifts, and then turned into a salary without work, considered unlawful (haram) or rightful?
• Is the commission received from paint and tools stores and from workers who do maintenance permissible or forbidden?
• Does the salary become unlawful if an employee continues to work for two competing companies without the knowledge of one of them, bearing in mind that the nature of the work is different and there is no disclosure of secrets?

• Is it permissible to take a commission from sellers, or to perform some tasks for myself without the employer's knowledge, in exchange for extra work for which I was not compensated, especially since the current intermediaries take many times what I would take?
• Is it considered a sin to work on projects that are referred by government employees in exchange for a percentage of the fee, knowing that this referral might be a result of exploiting their position?
