Dhul Hijjah and Udhiyah
- Is the takbir made by one who joins the prayer late, upon standing to complete his prayer after the Imam has given the salutation, considered an extra takbir given that he has already made the takbirat al-ihram?
- Is it permissible for the one offering a sacrifice (adha) or an aqiqa to allocate a third of what was slaughtered from three animals exclusively for himself and his family?
- What is the meaning of the Hadith, "Indeed, I narrate to you a Hadith today," especially the part related to "and he would make his family perform Umrah during the ten days"?
- What is the Sharia ruling regarding a husband's refusal to accompany his wife to witness the Udhiyah (sacrifice) taking place at the home of his first wife, in order to avoid upsetting the first wife and children, thereby depriving the second wife of participating in this joy?
- Is it obligatory to break the fast with something from the Udhiyah on the Day of Sacrifice? And is it permissible to break the fast with the mother's Udhiyah if the slaughter of one's own Udhiyah is delayed?

And if the worshiper sits for the tashahhud in the first rak'ah, then remembers that he is in the first rak'ah, does he repeat the takbir for standing?
- What is the ruling on a woman's Hajj if she performed the rituals as follows: she stayed in Muzdalifah for four and a half hours, and in Mina for five hours on the first night and six hours on the second night, and she cast the Jamrat al-Aqabah after Maghrib, and she cast the pebbles at the Jamarat on the days of Tashreeq before Maghrib on the first day and after Dhuhr on the second day, and she was not certain that the seventh pebble landed in the basin when stoning the minor Jamarah, and she experienced discharge after the Ifadah circumambulation but did not know when it occurred, then during the farewell circumambulation she felt a bubble of air exit from the front and performed ablution with a small amount of water that did not cover her feet completely, and is the sacrificial animal (Hady) she slaughtered sufficient to compensate for the deficiencies in her Hajj?
- Does not having a Hajj permit, performing Ihram from Makkah on the Day of 'Arafah, and not spending the night in Mina invalidate Hajj?
- Is it permissible to slaughter chickens for the sake of Allah, and what is the lawful method of slaughtering and the accepted supplication at the time of slaughter, and is it permissible to distribute the meat of this slaughtered animal to people of innovation?
- Is it correct to refuse to donate gifts to poor families on Christmas, because the family says, "May Allah bless the Christians" upon receiving these gifts?
- Is the father's intention for the 'aqiqah sufficient when purchasing and slaughtering the sheep in the slaughterhouse, or is it a condition to inform the slaughterer of the 'aqiqah intention?

- Is it permissible to spend the night in Al-Aziziyah Al-Janubiyah on the night of Eid and the days of Tashreeq, and not to spend the night in Muzdalifah and Mina, in order to avoid hardship, without incurring a penalty (dam)?
- Was the night vigil and sacrifice obligatory for the Prophet (peace be upon him) alone, to the exclusion of the Ummah, based on the imperative form in the noble verses?
