It is permissible for a menstruating woman or a woman in postpartum bleeding to recite the Qur'an without touching the . This can be done by reciting from memory, or from a computer, or by turning the pages of the Mushaf without touching it. Some scholars have permitted touching the Mushaf out of necessity. There is no difference between reciting the entire Mushaf or parts of it.
