Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to read the Qur'an from the Mushaf or otherwise during Ramadan for blessings and good deeds?

A menstruating woman is not permitted to recite the Qur’an while touching the Mus'haf (physical copy of the Qur'an). However, she is allowed to recite it from memory, or from a phone's memory, or from books of Tafsir (exegesis). She is also allowed to read the Qur’an from the Mus'haf, provided she touches it with a barrier (e.g., gloves).
