The normal secretions of a woman (vaginal wetness) are pure and necessitate ablution (wudu), not a ritual bath (ghusl (definition)). A ritual bath (ghusl) is only required upon certainty of the emission of semen. If there is doubt about whether the discharge is semen or something else, the woman may choose and assign to it the ruling she wishes.
