What is the ruling concerning water found on one's clothes after waking up from sleep, when no other secretions are observed, and can it be considered maniyy (seminal fluid)?

If a woman sees a discharge, then if it has the characteristics of maniy (seminal fluid), ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) becomes obligatory upon her. If it is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), then purification and wudu' (ablution) for prayer become obligatory. If it is from vaginal secretions, it is pure according to the preponderant opinion. In case of doubt as to whether it is maniy or something else, the woman chooses and assigns to it the ruling of one of the two possibilities.
