Renting and Property

• Is paying a refundable security deposit for renting a house, which is a legal requirement in the country, considered unlawful (haram), and does the tenant incur sin if it is usury (riba)?
• Is buying land to farm for fresh food, or buying a house instead of renting, contrary to asceticism, knowing that the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, owned land and a house?
• Is taking a loan through renting a car whose price exceeds its real value, while the documents remain in the name of the first owner, considered usury (riba)? And what is the ruling on benefiting from ill-gotten gains to pay off debts or build houses?
• Does sin befall the divorced woman and her children, or her ex-husband, due to his refusal to install a private water meter for the rented apartment, knowing that this is the third divorce and that the apartment is registered in his name?
• Must the money be returned according to the agreement with the site owner, based on the specified rental value for the months during which the advertisement was benefited from without his knowledge?
