Does divorce count as three pronouncements or one if a husband, in a state of anger but fully aware of what he is saying, tells his wife: "You are divorced, divorced, divorced," and then a legitimate marriage contract is performed for them based on a fatwa that it counts as a single pronouncement?

Anger that does not remove one's intellect does not prevent the enforcement of a divorce. Repeating the divorce formula "You are divorced by three" does not result in three divorces if the husband did not intend that, and some scholars are of the opinion that it counts as a single divorce. Since you have consulted trustworthy scholars and they have issued a fatwa (definition) that it counts as a single divorce, there is no harm in acting upon their fatwa. If a divorce is less than three, occurs after consummation, and without financial compensation, it is a revocable divorce, and the husband may take his wife back before the expiry of her 'iddah (definition) without renewing the marriage contract. However, if the divorce occurs before consummation, or after consummation and the 'iddah has expired without the husband taking her back, then the woman is irrevocably divorced, and the husband cannot take her back except with a new marriage contract.
