Her husband bewitched her, and the marriage took place. Is the contract valid or void?

There are two types of magic: shirk (definition) (association with Allah through jinn) and kufr (disbelief) if it was performed before marriage and the person did not repent. There is also aggression and fisq (transgression) which is done through potions. For a marriage to be valid, the consent of both adult spouses is required. Therefore, if a woman is married without her consent, the marriage is contingent upon her approval. If the husband did not perform magic himself, or if his magic was of the second type, he does not commit kufr. If you consented to the marriage at the time of the contract, your marriage is valid. However, if your will was taken away by magic, your marriage is contingent upon your approval. It is not permissible to accuse anyone of magic without clear proof. If you doubt the validity of the marriage due to lack of consent, you may ratify it. If you dislike remaining with your husband, you have the right to request a divorce (talaq (definition)) or khul'.
