Is a marriage contract valid with the consent of a bewitched guardian given for the sake of consent?

Sorcery is one of the greatest sins and an act of disbelief (kufr), and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, counted it among the seven destructive sins. If the guardian (wali) of the marriage agrees under the influence of sorcery that has deprived him of his intellect, then the marriage contract is invalid; because he is like an insane person or a child. However, if the sorcery did not deprive him of his intellect and he agreed while being aware, then the contract is valid.
