The answer

It is permissible for a traveler on a permissible journey of 83 km or more to break their fast, shorten prayers, and combine them, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "But whoever among you is ill or on a journey [during them] - then [he is to make up] an equal number of other days." This is an option for those for whom fasting does not cause harm. As for those who are harmed by it, they must break their fast, and they must make up the days they missed.
