What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning divorcing my wife falsely after lying to her so that I can marry my colleague at work, with whom a relationship developed due to my feelings towards her?

The man erred by engaging in a relationship with a foreign woman and lying to his wife, and he must repent. If he wishes to marry the girl, he must propose to her, and it is not permissible for him to lie. He should not divorce his wife due to a lack of affection, as the continuation of the marriage serves many interests, and the children's welfare alone suffices as a reason for that. It is advisable to take back the divorced wife, and he may marry another if he is capable of being just.
