Is eyebrow tattooing with an injectible substance, without drawing blood, considered among the forbidden tattoos?

Tattooing is forbidden and is a major sin. Linguists have mentioned that tattooing is the pricking of the skin with a needle and then filling it with kohl or indigo, so its trace appears blue or green. Modern tattooing, known as cosmetic tattooing or "Tattoo," or permanent makeup, is a type of forbidden tattooing because it involves injecting pigments into the deep layers of the skin beneath the epidermis, where the pigments remain and do not disappear. Therefore, the aforementioned injection process is a form of tattooing, and it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to do it. As for drawing eyebrows with an external substance such as kohl or henna and the like, which is considered temporary adornment that disappears over time and does not alter anything of Allah Almighty's creation, provided that it does not involve imitating disbelieving or immoral women, and that the woman covers herself and does not display it to those who are not permissible for her to show it to, and it is not thick enough to prevent water from reaching the skin during ablution (wudu) or ritual bath (ghusl), then this is permissible and there is no harm in it.
