Is the Hajj valid for a single individual who entered into a state of Ihram from Makkah, and did not perform Tawaf Al-Ifadah except with Tawaf Al-Wada', while paying the value of a sacrifice as a substitute for a blood offering?

The Farewell Tawaf (circumambulation) is performed only after completing all the rituals of Hajj or Umrah, including the Sa'i (ritual walk between Safa and Marwah). Therefore, whoever performs the Farewell Tawaf before the Sa'i, their Tawaf is not valid, and they owe a sacrificial offering (dam) if they travel a distance that permits shortening prayers (qasr). The dam is waived if they return before reaching the qasr distance. If a pilgrim departs Makkah before the Farewell Tawaf, they must return to perform it if they are close and do not fear for themselves, their property, or missing their travel companions. If they are unable to return, or return after reaching a qasr distance, they owe a dam. The Hajj itself remains valid. As for the sufficiency of a single Tawaf for both Ifadah (the circumambulation of return) and Wada' (farewell), there is a difference of opinion among jurists.
