What is the ruling on a Sunni Muslim woman marrying a man from among the people of innovation (Ahl al-Bid'a), along with mentioning the evidence?

It is permissible to marry an innovator (Mubtadi') if their innovation does not constitute disbelief (kufr), such as the innovation of celebrating Mawlid (the Prophet's birthday). However, it is forbidden if their innovation constitutes disbelief, such as the claim that the Qur'an was created or the denial of Allah's attributes. It is preferable for a Muslim woman to seek a righteous man who is sound in creed, worship, and character.
