Is the wife entitled to demand her financial rights from her husband, who previously used to seize her salary, then started to demand payment for her requests and control her expenses, while spending generously on his family?

A husband is not permitted to seize his wife's money unless she consents willingly and of her own accord, based on the hadith: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful [for another] except with his willing consent." If he takes any of her money without her consent, he is sinful and must return it. If the wife gives him money with her consent, it is permissible for him and is considered a gift from which she cannot retract. The husband is obligated to spend on his wife reasonably for food, clothing, and housing. This obligatory spending does not cease due to the wife's wealth, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And they (women) have a right upon you for their provision and clothing according to what is reasonable."
