What is the way to get rid of homosexuality, and how will a Muslim face his Lord on the Day of Judgment while committing this sin, despite his strong commitment and repeated repentance?

Sodomy is a grave sin and a great corruption. Allah did not afflict anyone with it before the people of Lot. He punished them with a severe punishment by overturning their homes, causing the earth to swallow them, and pelting them with stones. Allah called it an abomination due to its repulsiveness, and the punishment for its perpetrator is death.

To repent from this sin, one must be mindful of Allah's greatness and His constant watch, fear His punishment, abandon the company of evil individuals, and associate with good people. Sincerity to Allah and truthfulness in repentance bring Allah's help and success. Reflect upon death and what comes after it, for Allah is Forgiving and Merciful; He accepts the repentance of His servants.
