How can one be delivered from the lust for sodomy and marry women after having practiced it?

You are obligated to repent from heinous sins by abandoning them, regretting them, and resolving never to return to them. Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful; He transforms evil deeds into good deeds for those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds, as He, the Almighty, said: "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful." (25:70) We advise you to seek religious knowledge, choose righteous companions, distance yourself from provocations, lower your gaze, perform many acts of obedience, change your environment, and supplicate for your parents and invite them to repentance.
