What is the ruling on breaking the fast in Ramadan without saying "Bismillah" in the restroom?

Whoever breaks their fast or intends to break it without reciting any remembrances (adhkar), their fast is valid, and nothing is due from them. It is sunnah for the fasting person and others to say "Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim" (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful) before eating. When breaking the fast, one should say: "Dhahaba al-dhama’u, wa ibtallat al-‘uruqu, wa thabata al-ajru in sha’ Allah" (Thirst has gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is certain, Allah willing), and "Allahumma inni as'aluka bi-rahmatika al-lati wasi'at kulla shay'in an taghfira li" (O Allah, I ask You by Your mercy, which encompasses everything, to forgive me).
