Is it permissible, in Sharia, to obtain a government job through mediation under the mentioned circumstances, with the fear of infringing upon the rights of others?

For intercession (wasaṭa) to be permissible, it is stipulated that the one seeking it must be deserving of what he requests, and that he does not infringe upon the right of another. If the required conditions for a job are not met, then using intercession is not permissible. However, if the conditions are met and the work is Islamically regulated, then it is permissible to use intercession if it is highly probable that the rights of others will not be infringed upon. It is advised to utilize time in obedience to Allah, memorizing the Qur'an, learning what benefits one in the Hereafter, and dedicating a portion of time to acquiring experiences and skills that help in obtaining a permissible job.
