What is the ruling on my work in a Takaful insurance company after I discovered that among the insured are a nightclub and a company that manufactures cigarette papers?

It is not permissible for permissible Takaful (Islamic insurance) companies to insure nightclubs or cigarette manufacturing companies, as this involves an endorsement of evil and cooperation in sin. It is permissible for a woman to work in these companies if she does not directly engage in the prohibited contracts and if the company adheres to the regulations of cooperative insurance.
