Is it permissible to work for a Takaful car insurance company, knowing that one of the scholars has permitted it, and that the company employs non-Muslims, along with the doubt that insurance contradicts reliance on Allah?

There is no objection to working for an insurance company that adheres to the conditions and regulations of cooperative Takaful insurance. If these conditions are met by the company, then working for it is permissible; otherwise, it is not. Cooperative Takaful insurance does not contradict reliance on Allah (Tawakkul (definition)), because Allah has encouraged His servants to cooperate. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah is in the aid of His servant as long as the servant is in the aid of his brother."
