What are the conditions for marrying a German Christian woman according to the Sunnah of Allah and His Messenger, given that her family currently disapproves, and with the desire to avoid living with her in a forbidden relationship; who would be the wali (guardian)?

There are two conditions for marrying a Christian woman: that she be of the Christian faith and that she be chaste, as Allah Almighty says: "This day [all] good foods have been made lawful for you. And the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. And [lawful in marriage are] the chaste women from among the believers and the chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture before you" (Al-Ma'idah: 5).

Also, the conditions for a valid marriage, such as the guardian (wali) and witnesses, must be met. Her guardian from among her people of faith should arrange her marriage. If they refuse, she should refer her case to their bishops.

It is preferable to marry a righteous Muslim woman, because marrying a woman from the People of the Book is not without risks.
