What is the Shariah ruling on participating in an international competition for the memorization and recitation of the Holy Quran, while violating one of its conditions related to employment, and what is the ruling on the financial prize resulting from that?

It is not permissible to participate in a competition for one who does not meet the conditions. Whoever has taken a prize to which he is not entitled must hand it over to its rightful owner. If it is impossible to identify the owner or reach him, then he must donate its value with the intention of reward for its owner.
